Production Process

Circular Galvanized Corrugated Sheet is the steel plate with a layer of zinc on its surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective anti-corrosion method which is commonly used. About half of the world's zinc production is used in this process. Galvanized steel sheet is through preventing corrosion on the surface of steel plate to prolong its service life. A thin steel sheet with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface by immersing it in a molten zinc bath. According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories: hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and electric galvanized steel sheet.
